Accessibility Statement

We want every customer to be able to browse, evaluate and purchase our products with ease, whatever their abilities or the technology they use to access the internet. This statement explains our approach to digital accessibility, the standards we aim to meet, the steps we take to improve the experience for all visitors, and how you can get in touch if you run into a problem.

Our commitment

Accessibility is an ongoing priority for our store, not a one-off project. We review our website on a regular basis and make changes where needed so that people using assistive technologies, alternative input devices, or browser accessibility settings can find information, navigate between pages, and complete a purchase without unnecessary difficulty.

Conformance status

We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA. These guidelines, published by the World Wide Web Consortium (W3C), explain how to make web content more accessible to people with a wide range of disabilities, including visual, auditory, physical, speech, cognitive, language, learning and neurological impairments. Conformance with WCAG is an evolving target: as our store and its content change over time, we continually review and improve the site to raise its level of accessibility rather than treating any single review as final.

Measures we take to support accessibility

We take the following steps, among others, to support accessibility across our online store:

  • Providing meaningful alternative text for images, so that their content and purpose can be understood by screen readers and other assistive technologies
  • Maintaining sufficient colour contrast between text and background, and using text that can be resized without loss of content or functionality
  • Ensuring that pages and interactive elements, such as menus and forms, can be operated using a keyboard alone, without requiring a mouse or touchscreen
  • Structuring pages clearly, using consistent headings and layout, and writing content in plain, straightforward language wherever possible

These measures are applied across the store as an ongoing effort, and we work to extend them to new pages, features and content as our website evolves.

Known limitations

Despite our best efforts to ensure accessibility, some parts of our website may not yet be fully accessible. This can happen where content is supplied by third parties, where technology limitations exist, or where we have not yet identified and corrected a particular issue. We are actively working to identify and fix these limitations, and we welcome feedback that helps us do so.

Reporting accessibility issues

If you encounter any barriers while using our website, or if you need any content provided in an alternative, accessible format, please let us know so that we can assist you and address the issue. You can reach us at:

We take accessibility feedback seriously. When you contact us, please describe the issue as specifically as you can, including the page or feature involved and the assistive technology or browser you were using, so that we can investigate and work to resolve the issue promptly.
