Terms of service
1. Scope and Acceptance
These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern all orders placed through the tandem online store ("we", "us", "our") by both consumers and business customers. By placing an order with us, you agree to be bound by these Terms as they stand at the time of your order. We reserve the right to amend these Terms for future orders; the version published on our website at the time you order is the one that applies to that order.
2. Contracting Party
Your contract is concluded with:
tandem
C. Lepanto, 21
03503 Benidorm, Spain
Email: contact@taandem.shop
Phone: +34669842926
Please use the contact details above for any questions regarding an order, these Terms, or your rights as a customer.
3. Conclusion of the Contract
The product listings displayed in our online store do not constitute a legally binding offer on our part. They are a non-binding invitation for you to place an order.
The ordering process works as follows:
- You select the products you wish to purchase and add them to your shopping cart.
- At checkout, you review your order, including the selected items, delivery details and price.
- By clicking the order button, you submit a binding offer to purchase the goods in your cart.
Submitting your order does not automatically mean it has been accepted. The contract between you and us is only concluded once we accept your order, which we do either by sending you an order acceptance email or by shipping the goods to you. Until that point, no binding contract of sale exists.
4. Prices and Shipping Costs
All prices shown on our product pages are quoted in EUR and include statutory VAT and any other price components required by law.
Shipping costs are not included in the displayed product price. They are calculated and shown to you during the checkout process, before you complete and submit your order, so that you can see the total cost of your purchase before you commit to it.
5. Payment
The payment methods available to you are presented during checkout. Unless otherwise agreed between you and us, payment is due immediately upon conclusion of the contract.
We reserve the right to only offer certain payment methods depending on the circumstances of the order.
6. Delivery
Unless a different delivery time is stated for a specific product or agreed with you separately, we aim to ship your order within 3–7 working days of conclusion of the contract or, where payment is required in advance, within 3–7 working days of receipt of your payment.
Goods are delivered to the address you provide during checkout. Please ensure this information is accurate and complete, as we are not responsible for delays or non-delivery caused by incorrect delivery details.
7. Retention of Title
All goods supplied remain our property until they have been paid for in full. Until title has passed to you, you may not sell, pledge, or otherwise dispose of the goods without our prior consent.
8. Right of Withdrawal and Returns
If you are a consumer, you benefit from the statutory right of withdrawal in connection with your purchase. Full details on the conditions, time limits and procedure for exercising this right, including how to return goods and how any refund is processed, are set out in our Right of Withdrawal terms, which form part of these Terms.
We recommend reading that policy carefully before placing your order so that you understand your rights and how to exercise them.
9. Warranty
Our goods are covered by the statutory warranty rights applicable under Spanish and EU consumer protection law. Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes any warranty or other right that you are entitled to as a matter of law. If a product you receive is faulty or does not conform to the contract, please contact us using the details in Section 2 so that we can assist you.
10. Online Dispute Resolution
The European Commission provides a platform for online dispute resolution (ODR), which is available at: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/. You may use this platform to submit any complaint arising from your purchase.
We are not obliged to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board and, at present, we are not willing to do so.
11. Governing Law and Severability
These Terms, and any contract concluded between you and us under them, are governed by the laws of Spain, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection provisions of the country in which you, as a consumer, have your habitual residence.
Should any individual provision of these Terms be or become invalid or unenforceable, this shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions. The invalid or unenforceable provision shall be replaced, to the extent legally possible, by a provision that most closely reflects its intended commercial purpose.
